Abstract
"Two additional confirmed cases of ceftriaxone non-susceptible gonorrhea have been identified in Massachusetts in 2025. Because the vast majority of cases in Massachusetts are cephalosporin-susceptible, single dose ceftriaxone 500 mg IM remains the recommended first-line treatment for mucosal gonorrhea infections."--Highlights.
